1. Separate the screen from the phone
-Heat the lower edge: use a heat gun to heat the lower edge of the iPhone for about a minute to soften the adhesive.
- Separate the screen from the back of the phone: Grasp and close the iSclack handle firmly and use the opening pick to separate the screen from the back of the phone.
2. Removing the Screen
- Remove bracket: Remove the screen bracket and pry up the battery connector from the socket on the logic board.
- Disconnect the cables: Use a spatula or your fingernail to disconnect the screen panel cable connector as well as the digitiser cable connector and lift carefully until the adhesive separates.Heating the lower edge of the iPhone. - Disconnect the flex cable: Disconnect the flex cable from the speaker receiver and remove the front sensor assembly.

- Replace the broken screen: Replace the broken screen and perform a functional test to ensure that everything is working properly, such as the display, Touch ID, and swipe-up operation.
